Returns & Exchanges
We want every customer to be delighted with their purchase.
Most new and used audio equipment may be returned within 30 days of delivery provided the item is in the same condition in which it was received, shows no signs of misuse or damage, and includes all original accessories, packaging, and documentation when applicable. Approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the result of our error or the item arrived damaged. Items that have been damaged through misuse, abuse, improper installation, unauthorized modification, or inadequate packaging during return shipment are not eligible for a refund. Custom-built products may not be eligible for return except as described below.
